Mrs. Titilola Omonije – Head of Operations
Titilola Omonije joined the company in the year 2018 as the Personal Assistance/Secretary of the Internal Control Director (ICD). Prior to that, she was primarily engaged by Tracit Ventures limited as the company’s Admin Officer for about 5 years gathering experience in administration, information flow, staff welfare and benefits analysis.
Titilola is a virtuous wife and mother of two beautiful girls. A graduate of Lagos City Polytechnic with Higher Diploma(HND) in Secretarial Studies. Subsequently, she advanced her career in the company to the position she holds currently.
An astute manager of personnel and resources, Mrs Omonije has proven to be a solid dependable senior manager in the company over the years.
She was elevated to the position of Acting Head of Operations in June 2023. After performing excellently she was confirmed in the a latter part of 2023.
Mrs. Ngozi Chukwuemeka – Deputy Head, Business Development
Ngozi Jessica Chukwuemeka acquired a Diploma in Law from the prestigious University of Benin and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication major in Public Relations & Advertising from the Lagos State University and other professional certifications.
She started her career as a sales executive at Dum-Adi Limited, when Dum-Adi’s office was moved to Asaba in Delta State, she joined The Business Development department of Nigeria Cleaning Service Ltd (NCS).
She has over 15 years experience and has recorded a wide range of growth, progress as well as success in identifying market opportunities through meeting existing, potential clients and building positive relationships, liaising with colleagues to develop sales & marketing strategies, preparing financial projections and sales targets.
She also drives the organisation business development strategies, enhances its current portfolios and explores new business strategies that are in line with Nigeria Cleaning Service objectives.
She works with the business development team to develop mutual beneficial proposals, negotiate contracts and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Her journey with Nigeria Cleaning Service started as a Sales Executive, with her knowledge and technical know how she gained from her previous position, she was promoted to the Deputy Head, Business Development.
She has successfully and progressively managed all cleaning contracts and facility projects for Nigeria Cleaning Service Clients.
Mr. Babatunde Lawal – BDM (Business Development Manager)
A seasoned leader with over two decades of both operational and managerial experience in sales and marketing across several industries including industrial and commercial cleaning, FMCG, food & beverage; and energy.
Over the years, Lawal has led several sales teams in sales & marketing and operations and business development.
Babatunde holds a master degree in environment management from Lagos state university and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from University of Ife (Now OAU). A post-graduate diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, Nigeria.
He is a member of several professional organizations including Nigeria Environment Society, Nigeria Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).
Mrs. Omowumi Ukadike – Head of Human Resources/Admin
Omowumi Ukadike is a graduate of Banking and Finance from the Lagos State University. She also has a diploma in Travels and Tourism from the University of Cambridge and diploma in IATA/UFTAA/ EBT from IATA Training and Development Institute, Montreal.
Mrs Omowumi Ukadike is a professional with over a decade of experience in Administration and Human Resource management. She has attended numerous trainings like “Nurturing the Nurturer” from the London Professional Training Center and courses both within and outside her field to add to her knowledge. Her calm and receptive personality has helped her deal with and also manage people and situations in various degrees while at work.
She joined NCS in October, 2023 and is currently the Head of Admin/ Human Resource department. Joining forces with other departments, she is determined to move NCS to greater heights.
